This is why Kimbo SpA dedicates great care to the selection of green coffees directly in the countries of origin. All phases of the cultivation of coffee plants are followed carefully and subjected to multiple checks.
This way the plant can grow healthy and produce excellent quality red berries.Those same berries that hide their most precious treasure: the green grains.These are dried in the sun, peeled and finally shipped to Italy.
